Israeli Film Series

Spotlight on Israeli Culture presents

The Israeli Film Series will present “Aviva, My Love” and “Jellyfish”, stories that have one distinct and dynamic leitmotif – a main female character, built and developed within complex emotional and social realities which are unique to each story. Each film in the series is a compelling artistic exploration of woman’s position in Israeli society, and her strive towards individual and professional independence. A brief discussion will follow each screening.
